    When I obtain Explosion at KH2FM+?

    I'm in Critcal mode At level 31.



    Please guys help me!

    In Final Mix it doesn't matter what level you are.
    You get it as a get bonus from completing the
    solar sailor in Tron's world when you go the 2nd
    time around.
