Kingdom Hearts King Triton

Why and How did he know about the keyblade? In the game in atlantica Sora gets lectured by him about the responsibilities of the keybearer. How exactly does he know since the worlds were separated before KH?

 

He's been around for a long time so u'd b suprised. How exactly, I dunno...

 

I'm just guessing that before the worlds were serperated he had an encounter with on the keybreares.

 

Could it have something to do with Birth by Sleep?

They said Disney is involved, and the war with the Keyblades might be what King Triton meant by 'Keybearers bring destruction'.

King Triton has age and experience on his side. I wouldn't be surprised if he's crossed paths with a wielder of the keyblades before.

 

Yeah. Despite the emphasis in KH1 about maintaining the World Order by not meddling in other people's affairs (even King Triton saying this as well), it's obvious that this doesn't exclude that other worlds know about it.

Leon and Yuffie obviously knew a lot, and they were from a different world than King Mickey--but were fairly acquainted with him.

It's possible there are many people in lots of worlds who know of the Keyblade's existence.

 

Well King Triton is indeed an old fellow that migh have had an expirience with a keyblade wielder. Since KHBBS was stated that it had some Disney events in it, there migh be a possibility that Triton will do some things for the bearers, or even help in the events. What I guess is that Triton knew Baldy and Baldy turned traitor on him and they became enemies.

That would be my guess as well. King Triton obviously had some experience on his own dealing with Keyblade wielders and his experience was obviously not so positive. I think that BBS may be where we see King Triton develop this opinion and well at least we might also get to see more combat in Atlantica again.

 

It may be just a guess, but it's a good one. I agree to this theory.

 

he IS a king and the big cheese of Atlantica...same with Mickey and Disney Castle...they must have met up somehow...

 

I agree here. Some kingdoms must have difference and those difference must be solved and talked about. Surely, there had to be a day where Mickey and Triton met into a king reunion but, also must haved the kings of another worlds, like the sultan, Jasmins dad.

 

Perhaps he was one of the powerful higher archs that helped in separating the worlds....other than that....no clue lol....

 

Well maybe we're underestimating King Triton's...Triton..lol.

maybe its a keyblade WITHOUT the key part...you never know.

 

He seems to be the King of that particular world - So if he wasn't knowledgable about something as huge as the keyblade, he wouldn't make a very fit ruler.

I mean, how does MICKEY know about the keyblade? Its all the same, really.

 

I don't exactly know how... but I bet King Mickey told him about it... >_>

 

King Trition Knows Everything

 

Because he's King Triton. I think he's somewhat akin to a Merlin type of figure for that world- they just know stuff, because they're wise like that. As to how he got the information though, I'm not too sure. Possibly he has some unknown powers in the game that enable him to see things like that.
