Kingdom Hearts II King Mickey's "Crown" Emblem?

    So I just started playing "Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix", and right after Sora changes his clothes in the beginning of the game the fairies also give him a "Crown" Emblem. And since i cant read japaneese, i was wondering if any of you know what it is. Im only asking because, I am now in Hollow Bastion, and I just found another one. Please Help. Thanks.

    Those are puzzle peices/crown peices that you can find throughout the game. all you really get is some ability +'s thoguh.
