KHV Murder Mystery : Possible Plot

Okay me and GS have been talking and this is what we have come up with. We have assumed Makaze will be our victim as that looks most likely currently. So we assigned most of you roles, we missed out a few people which we need help fitting in but this is what we have so far. Roles can be easily switched and altered if you don't like this. This is not set in stone but all feedback is greatly appriciated. Everything needs to be expanded on even if we go with this.

Makaze
Rich Tycoon, lives in a huge mansion.

Saxima
Lady of the house, Makaze’s wife. Fears Makaze is cheating on her with LARiA.

GS
Business Partner that got recently screwed over in a deal by Makaze leaving him penniless. Will he have enough guts to get revenge?

Daxa
Saxima’s personal maid at Makaze’s mansion, secretly loves GS, will she get revenge for him?

What?
Makaze’s butler. Always gentleman like, loyal to his master even when he's dead. He does not say anything bad about Makaze but ask anyone else about What? and they'll all testify he treated What? badly. Will he get his own back for how he was treated?

Also ‘wealthy’, Makaze’s best friend who was staying over at the time. Is he involved?

Makaze’s rebellious oldest son, stands to gain a lot of inheritance but after recent disputes between them if Makaze changes his will he could lose it all.

Andrew
Makaze’s youngest son, is often ignored and dismissed by his father who has more important things to do. Is often left to his own devices. He has tried hard to copy Makaze and to make him proud yet is always ignored, though is well liked by the staff of the house as he treats them well. Was he ignored one too many times?

Britishism
Makaze’s personal chef who may come under suspicion if poison or a kitchen knife or a frying pan is used.

Gardener, may be perfectly situated to overhear secret conversations/arguments in the garden, did he hear something that made him do the dreadful act?

 

This isn't really the final version and just a prototype for now. We'll probably be changing and adding a few things onto this. And we'll probably be changing the way things are presented to the detectives so they don't figure out right off the bat. For example, we probably won't put motives down until you guys have been questioned.

 

Me being Makaze's son somehow makes a lot of sense...

Final version or not, I rather like these ideas.

I was the only one without a motive for killing someone, and I'm dead. Go me.

 

I vote we first pick a culprit, and work up from there. I suggest using a Random Number Generator.

Are we going to deal with locked rooms, and make it a closed-room mystery?

I also put forward the idea that since we want this to be solvable, we should follow Knox's Decalogue. That'll keep it fair, and allow us to play around with things.

 

So far this is looking pretty good, a few modifications as time goes on will do it well.

 

I've added finalform32 and editted a few little things but I need a role for Laurence.

Thankyou. I was getting disheartened with it since no one else seemed to be posting or doing anything (though you and GS are good). I haven't done much but I think I will, I still need help though.

 

So, was Laurence still joining this? If so, one possibility is that he's some other relative, perhaps Makaze's brother or something of the sort, who was less well-off than her. We don't currently have anyone like that.
