Fandub KHV: Fandub Productions (Special Announcement)

Since February 4th, I've been working on the KHV fandub production for Square-Enix's new anticipating KH title 358/2 Days. The video game for the DS is set for Japan this May 30th, but it will take a bit longer for Square-Enix to finally release it in the states.

The KHV fandub production marks a whole new exciting way for the community to get involved. KHV members (included me), will voice Japanese cutscenes/trailers and commercials from the title. It's a race as we are trying to voice as much as we can before the 358/2 Days title is released in North America. The production can last as long as summer of 2009.

There have been over seventy auditions from so many talented members/visitors. The community has shown such an interest in this project. Bittermeat is also on board and will provide translations for the fandub production, so it's easy for us to voice the scenes in English.

Back on-topic: I am SOOOO happy that I got a part! I didn't think that my Riku was all that good, but hey! Looks like I was wrong! And pleasantly so!

My family won't be happy if I do more voice acting, I think. =/
Besides, if I did, the understudy would do all the work. I have to study for an upcoming test anyways.

Anyone else think that, at least once, understudies should be given a chance to voice their character? Just for the hell of it or the experience?
