    where can I find the ingredients to make these bonus ? Because i've the recipe and i don't know where are the ingredients ...

    If your having trouble sythesizing (like I do), I reccomend getting boosts by defeating Data Saix and Data Xemnas over and over (Repititive, but easy once you get the hang of it, and you get a Strength boost/Defense boost every time you beat them). It's much faster than creating the items over and over, though getting Xemnas' strength bonus shall prove to be a difficult task, I assure you.

    Mythrill Crystal-Dropped in TWTNW
    Lightning Crystal-Found in Space Paranoids
    Fire Crystal-Usually dropped in Hollow Bastion
    Dark Crystal-dropped by Neoshadows
    Serenity Crystal-
    Mushroom Crystal-Dropped when a Mushroom puzzle is solved
    Teal-Goo Crystal-Found in Cavern of Remembrance

    For the defense bonus , I use this method with roxas.
    I can't defeat Final Xemnas ><"
    But Saix is rather easy ^^
