Kingdom Hearts II KH2 Final Mix+ crashes

maybe this is the wrong section, if it is im sorry

i have a problem, as the title says my game crashes (picture freezes, blackscreen)

this happens (for now) at two places that are: after the ursulua battle (the song) and after the cutscene before the jafar battle beginns (blackscreen)

i would realy appreciate it if someone could help me

 

Have you tried cleaning the disc? Sometimes just a spot of dirt or something can mess up your game.

 

its just a bit, just a little bit dusty, no cracks (not jet) cant be that it always crashes/freezes

 

If your in need of a good disc cleaner, use windex or something else like that (window washing fluids).

I had this one game that I spilled some sticky juice on...used some windex and good as new. =)

 

you may have a defective copy
if you cleaned the game and its still in the same condition you bought it in then return it to the retailer you bought it from and ask them to replace it

 

well cleaning the disc didnt work, i played using codes but that cant be it can it ?

 

Yes it can. some codes cause stuff to freeze.

 

it finaly worked *happy*, gues it was both: dirty disc + cheating
