Has any1 Beated KH1 Sephiroth with out cheats

Yes,not easily though.I don't really like using cheats...

 

Well I'm not really sure what you mean by cheats, but I'm pretty sure I didn't use any when I fought kh1 Sephiroth. It wasn't that difficult as far as I can remember.

 

I have beat him but I guess no one can say honestly that he is easy

 

i beat him(No cheats)

I finally beat him using the ultima weapon. try that!!!!AND NEVER EVER have Lance Bass voice Sephiroth again in any lifetime!!!! Whose with me????

Yeah I beat him, and didn't find it that difficult either to be honest. =\

 

I personally thought that KH1 Sephiroth was kinda hard, but not really hard.

 

I have...it was a really fun battle ^^

 

I did it on expert, no cheating, no Ultima Weapon.

Unless you count Elixers as cheating.

He doesnt use Heartless Angel in KH1. He uses Sin Harvester, which is pretty cheap, but Strike Raid stops it from accross the room. Either that or you can buffer an Elixer if you see that he already finished the spell.

 

Are you really going to argue schematics? The only difference between the two is that he hovers during heartless angel.

And yes I've beat Sephy with out cheats. Or elixirs actually. granted I was using Ultima with 3 crystal crowns...

 

I know, they are two moves which have the same effect, but they are different in the way they are countered.

Heartless Angel has a longer casting time, and it requires a finisher to take it out.

Sin Harvester is a very fast casted spell, which can be interupted by any physical attack.

 

They are basically the same move just different names and the way they are cast

 

they're the same attack with the same name, it's just that in kh1 you just have to listen very closely in a very quiet room. he says something like "decend heartless angel and take him" or something like it.

 

He sais, "Your sins shall be harvested."

I think he said "Decend Heartless Angel" in KH2.

But very well. If you consider it the same move, then I wont argue it then...

 

To stop heartless angel, just stay close to the corners, because he will always teleport to the nearest corner of the area, so usually when he uses it, I'm standing there waiting for him already.
(Beating him with level 1 stats is killing me. O_O)

I beat him using the "infinite charge gauge" cheat...but I wouldn't watch the cutscene...

Normally, I got him all the way to Heartless Angel (or whatever the attack was) and then he killed me 'cause I wasn't expecting it. I remember the first time I fought him I was REALLY freaked out because I thought he was only in Final Mix, so I was getting my 455 kicked and I couldn't stop laughing...

 

Whenever I try to go after secret bosses, I always bring along some cheats (with the exception of KH2 Sephiroth).

 

Doesnt that defeat the purpose of fighting a hidden boss????

The whole idea of having an optional secret boss is so that its the ultimate challenge compared to the rest of the game.

Look at how much harder Ice Titan, Phantom, and Kurt Ziza are than the rest of the bosses. They make even Ansem the Seeker of the Dark look like a scrub.

Also, Sephiroth is even more so a super boss over them. If you can beat all those bosses without cheating, then you have bragging right!! If you do it with cheating, then you got nothing to brag about.
