I won't bore you with the context, but I recently composed a list of the KH worlds that take place in real places. According to KH, Africa, London, Jamaica, Greece, Paris and China are all separate planets

In order to function in the series they have to be separate, I thought we already discussed this.
For it to make sense it has to not make sense. KH in a nutshell.

Instead of going into the whole "oh, it's a kids game so it doesn't have to make sense" argument, allow me to reference a point brought up in both the first game and the KH1 manga. In the beginning, there was one world full of light. When people got greedy, however, darkness began to consume them and eventually cover the whole world. Despite this, the light in the hearts of children was just enough to save the world, but at a cost: it was broken apart, never to be made whole again.

It's the story Kairi's grandma would tell her, but it's a point in the KH canon that's emphasized more in the manga than any of the games.

Well, Kingdom Hearts had to be based off of something. Why not countries?

Well yeah, everyone knows that story. But consider if you will that there is supposedly a London in the Tarzan world, Wonderland world, AND Neverland world

I'm baffled by how Shibuya wasn't mentioned, but anyways, how about a plain and simple different place, same name? It's not like we don't have cities with same name here.
Or keep the Kairi's grandma story and add that Jane and Clayton had a gummy ship while Alice got out of London by some Wonderland shenanigan, whatever.

I prefer to think of them as diferent dimensions of the same world, or 'alternative universes' if you prefer.

It's never really bothered me, though I do wish that given the renaming the worlds they would be better about scrubbing out the original name when you are actually there. Enough about "China", what are you even talking about? This is "The Land of Dragons"

But what it comes down to is that each story gets it's own world regardless of setting. I guess why it never bothered me is that they really already are their own little world. No matter how many stories mention something happening in London I never go thinking about traveling there to be part of the action or anything like that. It may be based on London, and it may even keep the name, but it isn't our London. (I hope someone understands what I'm trying to say here, because it makes a lot more sense in my head than when I try to explain it)

The reason for this is because Nomura is obviously a fortune teller and is telling us that this will happen in the near future. I wouldn't be surprised if there were 9238939 Sora's walking around.

That would be a solution, but I think many people (myself included) wouldn't like them to rewrite these stories to that extent. I would rather live with a hokey explanation or no explanation at all.

Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with adding things, but giving people gummi ship technology to explain how something that happened in their movie happened in this universe doesn't sit well with me.
