    What musst id o with the stars on the map

    I'm not sure if it's the day i'm thinking,but,you need to complete a map,then go to the stars and hit where they're supossed to be to open a hole on the gorund,one of them will trigger a cutscene after,then what you'll need to do next will be obvious.
