Chain of Memories Key To Rewards Card

ive been playing Re:CoM the ameican version for awhile now..i think there is like 26 hours on my Sora game...

and ive gotten the Key to Rewads 4times...

infact after i had used the 3rd one..i wen back up to the 13th floor to "grind"

and after the first battle i got another one :3

so that got me thinking...whats the formula drop rate for that card?

anyone got an idea?

 

There is one per world unless your game gets glitched. It is just random for the most part however, the longer a fight, the more chance you ahve of getting it.

Item drop rates are random and the formula cannot be easily found. I guess you're just lucky.

 

I've actually been able to get the Key To Rewards as soon as I come outta the room, consistentley. Like 10-13 times. I've got all the enemy cards and everything.

 

Hmm, so it's possible that entering a new room brings up your chances?

 

Getting one in the first place is the hardest.

 

So with that in mind, I guess the formula could be that once you get one once your chances go up, and then going in/out of rooms brings your chances up as well?

... Or maybe it's really just random and everyone here is lucky. xD

 

Getting into fights does. I doubt its that random after the first, though.

 

Not really.
You get a chance to get one (everytime you don't have it) after the first set of world cards(By that i mean you can only get them with the World cards Larxene gives you).
And also, you can get how many as possible in any World and the Drop rate increases floor by floor after the set of world cards Larxene gave ends, by that i mean, it increases in Twlight Town, more in Destiny Islands and even more Castle Oblivion.

Here's how it works.
You can only get KTW cards from the first set of world cards Larxene gives you. You have a higher chance on the very first floor of these cards, and an even higher chance if you make the very first card you use from that set Neverland. I've gotten KTR cards with neverland without fail on the first battle EVERY time, except one time, in that case, it was like the 20'th battle for some reason, kind of annoying.

 

The first time i got the key to rewards card was wonderland. right after the first battle against Axel.

 

im not sure but it seems that you have a better chance of getting it on higher floors
on floor 3 for example i never got it but on floor like 10 i automatically get it if i don't already have it

 

I think the drop rate of Key to Rewards cards increase after level 30, or perhaps once after you pass floor 7 or 8, I think. I started to get them once I passed Monstro, but since you get to choose your own worlds here, worlds themselves are not a very accurate milestone. It was definitely after you beat Larxene the first time though.
