KERNING

IS DECENT KERNING REALLY THAT HARD?

 

My inner typographer jumped out the window when I was reading this.

 

That's exactly what happened when I read it in the actual Atelier Totori manual.

I just don't get how some people can think sh*t like that looks okay.

Yup. It starts on the fourth page and seems to happen every time there's an f followed by an i. Apostrophes also looks kind of wonky, but I can't tell if it's bad kerning or just me seeing it because I've already noticed the "fi " thing.
