The proportions in here are... Way off. Waist to top of head should be the same as waist to feet. When arms are spread out all the way, they should measure out to the same length as the body. Her head is rather large, and she had no real curves. When drawing females, it's important to draw in the curves of the body to add more realism to it. Start drawing out very rough models, then start to add more detail. Use pictures of the characters for reference, and never draw on lined paper.

Her proportions are wayy off. Her arms are too short, the onse side of her head is too big, and her legs are too wide. Her feet look awkardly put on. Misty is right about the curves, practice with a roguh model until you get the curves right. And never draw on lined paper, it looks so...tacky.

It took me alittle time to understand the drawing. (I was staring at it for sometime.=/ )
But it cute, you did a good job with the coloring. But the right side of the hair, is a little bigger then the left. And the right arm looks like a boomerang. xD Sorry,
Don't worrie about the hands, I'm not good at them so, yeah. xD
And if you made Kairi's eyebrows a little higher, she'd look alot happier! xDD
    But awesome job!

Well, it needs work but you can tell who it is so that's good, lets see...lets go from head to toes.

    For her head:
It's a bit large for her body and a bit to round, for one thing, maybe on the right side take away some of the hair, there's a bit much on that side. There are three spike/end of hair points, you could maybe take away the last one to make it more even.

The eyes are about in the right place, although maybe move them down a bit more.

And last thing for the head is as I mentioned a bit to round, heads are usualy a bit more oval. Kinda like an upside down egg with the small part facing down. Kairi's hair kind makes this a bit hard though if your just practising because of the style.

As for her neck, it looks pretty good and fine to me.

    For her clothes:
They seem accurate, and the colours are the right ones. Athough they could use a few folds to show they're fabric not something stiff and hard like...cardboard, lol. Just a few creases here and there. I know in the game Kairi's clothes doesn't have any creases or folds in the game but it does make drawings look more realistic. Otherwise tthey seem pretty good.

    The body in general:
Naturally the legs are longer then the body although in you picture, the leggs are a bit to long, try making her body somewhat longer and her legs not quite as long as they are now.

    Her Arms:
Don't worry this is a common mistake, her arms are rather short for her body. When you stand up with arms by your side their around 1/4 of the way down your leg. Another thing you can do is around mid arm just slightly angle the lower part down abit, this will show she has some elbows and not spagetti for arms.

    Her hands:
Really, I suck at hands to so the best advise I can give you is just look at your own hands when drawing.

    Her Legs:
The are a bit odd looking when they are just straight like that, try thining them down as you get closer to the feet to give her a more human look

    Her Feet:
I can see that I think you tried to face them forward to go with the way the body is turned, and the detail is pretty good, but I do notice one thing, on the left foot the foot isn't really attached to the leg, try moving the shoe back a bit so the foot doesn't look like it's weirldy bent.

That's about it, only other thing is add a bit of shading to make her seem less like a pancake and more 3-d ish. This can be hard when using pencil crayons but there are a few things that help to know. when using peach, a type of orange will work well for the darker parts of shading.
press lighter where the light naturaly hits and harder where there would be shadow (that's a bit obvious though), for shading white, a light grey or even a sky blue works well, and lastly blending colours can make nice efffects, like using a blueish purple and a blue to shade a blue dress.

T_T Sorry, this is so darn long and if some parts don't make sence. I hope the suggestions help and are what you wanted.
