Good for you. I play Call of Duty--but secretly since my parents won't let me play violent games and the game belongs to my brother. He'll be pissed when he finds out.

Have you played 999 yet? Certain parts (particularly, the ending) of VLR won't make sense without that.

No, I haven't. I'll probably pick it up if I ever come across it, and I've already seen a point early-on where they reference it, but there's always Wikipedia.

Well, they don't exactly sell it in most stores. The most reliable way to get it is through Aksys' website, and I think it's a little more expensive than most DS games. Really, your best bet is to emulate it, but that's illegal, and that makes it bad.

You lucky Son of a ****
I recommend you get Persona 4 arena, it has some characters from third Persona game.
Have you even heard of those games?

You'd better be talking about the original Call of Duty or Call of Duty 2. All the others are total crap.

Well, if I ever happen to come across it (the same way I happened upon the first Ace Attorney game) I'll pick it up. Emulating is CLEARLY not an option and I don't think my parents would exactly be happy to see me going out of my way for another M game when my mom (who is the parent that I usually require consent from and is also the one who frowns upon the M stamp a bit more) has to give her credit card info for me to get an old game that "we could get cheaper on Amazon" but won't because M and "you've spent enough money on games for now and" bluh bluh BS.

And you see, kids. This is why ranting in the wee hours of the morning isn't healthy when you've hardly had any sleep in the past few weeks.

If you have your own computer, you can just hide everything in a system folder and play it when mum's doing mummy things.

It's also how I watch anime: In my room, with the door closed, the lights off, and after I've made sure everybody is asleep.

Yeah, let me tell you why that can't work for me...

    a) I have a time limit on my computer
    b) There's no lock on my door
    c) I live in a one story house, and you can hear anything that goes on anywhere, especially in the dead of night
    d) My mom is a light sleeper, and I mean very light
    e) I'd have to cause more of a ruckus by turnin the lights on because playing a game like that in the dark would leave me an insomniac for months

Well, you can solve C by using earphones.

Also I was trying to allude to porn.
