Just got done with watching Persona Trinity Soul

Its supposed to be a "spin off" of Persona 3, its about Persona users causing murders and people getting Apathy syndrome.
The characters where bland as **** and the plot was just stupid.
It barely has any connections to the games, the only connection is that Akihiko is in it, he's become a detective and he's the only good character in the show.
What's funny is that ATLUS wants to forget about Trinity Souls and not count it as cannon (see Persona 4 and Persona 4 Arena's Akihiko).
To sum it up in a nutshell, it seemed like something Hollywood would do if they got their hands on the Persona series, just make it barely about the games like most media adaptations from video games. First P4A than this, why can't Persona just have a good anime? My hopes are that the Persona 3 movie will not turn out like this.

 

Persona 4 The Animation was good. It just had a less than satisfying finale. Also, didn't Trinity Soul come out before Persona 4 was even out on the PS2?

 

So, Persona Trinity Soul isn't that good. Actually the only thing I hated about the future of P3 is that it seems like a lot of the team split up.

 

Well, that's kind of what a bunch of high school students and their dog do when they finish high school and don't have the fate of the world to deal with anymore.

 

I know, but still. Aren't some of them still intent on reviving Minato or something like that?

 

Tell me about it. That whole shebang of a plotline was just so blaaaand

Nope there's Persona Trinity soul, which is set after Persona 3. i think there's one more, but idk.

Well, there are some theories that Aika is Aigis in disguise and she's following the event of Persona 4 because it might lead her to Minato. She just wants to free him from the Great Seal, though, not revive him.

 

Technically, one could argue that it doesn't count, if you consider how badly received it was by the fandom.

For me, there's only the P4 fandom so far, followed by the newly awaited P3 Movie.~ All I'm waiting for now, is for them to mayhaps consider making a P2 anime of sorts.

 

Aika is Aigis? Well,they do look alike, and that does explain all the things she's able to do. Surprised she can deliver anywhere. So only Aigis, and Margaret care? Makes me feel bad for Minato, what about the rest of the team. Sorry, but I haven't really played FES just P3P.

No, Aigis and Elizabeth care, and Aigis only wants Minato to be able to die properly rather than stay stuck in a state of limbo with Nyx.
