Inspired...Sort of... By Cody's Joker tutorial. CnC I like Black and White, because i think it adds more contrast to the image, and this one started so dark, it only seemed fair to do it in B&W
It's okay. I mean it flows nicely but the stock, and really the whole image, is too dark in my opinion. I know you said it was dark to begin with but it just turns me off to it a bit.
Hmm.. Well yeah, its to dark, and kinda blurry or out of focus... Maybe lighten it up a bit? And sharpen the whole thing up? Its a good idea though :)
I'd definitely remove the white part of it. Except for that, I think it could need some more blending, or removing of some effects, because it seems like a lot of stuff in a very small sig. You could make it a bit bigger as well! Except for that, good job
V2, any better? Now that i look at if from the upload, i might have sharpend it too much... but yeah,
It looks better now. You fixed the issue of too much darkness nicely and, in my opinion, you sharpened it just the right amount to make it look good.
Much better. That's a nice light source you've got there. You really bring the eyes to the focal point, which is nice. I don't think this particular tag needs to follow the rule of thirds, but anyhow... The effects looks a bit pre-made, solid...it's like they're not really molded into the stock, and it hurts the flow and immersion. Don't just paste in fractals/C4D's try to make them flow around the stock. Also, the light is somewhat off, since you can see some patches of light here and there but no light hitting it.
