Well, at least you added more effects this time. While the pentooling is very nicely done, the colors are WAY too monotone and there are not many, if any, FG effects. Focal point is getting drowned in the large canvas. That weird yolk thing on the right irritates me. No visible depth.

It's an improvement.

 

The fashion part is that fact that he has no sense of fashion! 8D
Yeah I know it's dumb, I just couldn't find any good fashion stocks that I liked.

That's amazing :D And the edited version is definately better than the origional, even though the origional is still cool. What program do you use? GIMP, Photoshop...?

The one suggestion I have is make that black squiggle easier to see, the one on the right? I liked that one a lot in the origional, it kind of calmed it down a bit and smoothed everything over. Maybe move it in front of that starburst thing?

Only problems is the text and the big blob on the right, as well as the lighting.

Move the text closer to the stock. It looks slightly separated the way it is. The green thing on the right...not sure what that is... I would burn it out a bit and increase the highlights of the center of it to make it look more focalized. As for the light, it seems to be huge. Something looks wrong with the very top left with that huge light-bulb-type part.

Also, v1 is better. It isn't nearly as noisy/busy. Stick to warm colors. =/
