    Do the Scottish still wear kilts? And if they do, on what occassions to they where them?

    The scottish still were Kilts, i have like 10

    and we only where them on special things, you know.
    Weddings, funerals, days with alot of wind, Keeps us cool. =p

    Kilts Are Only For Special Occasions!every Culture Has Some Kind Of Embarassing Tradition,you Know!And not all Scottish people play the bag pipes.Jesus,this is elementary all over again.
    For those who could'nt tell,yes I'm Scottish and damn proud of it.

    I tried playin' my great uncle's bagpipes once though.You need some mighty fierce lungs to pull that off for 30 minutes.

    My male gym teacher (isn't a little scary a male is teaching phys. ed to a bunch of 12 year olds) plays the bag pipes. :3

    My parents wanted me to play the bag pipes, so I did what any loving child would do, I learnt the drums, and Bass guitar. =p

    Yeah,my uncle wanted me to practise the bagpipes more,instead I learned how to play electric guitar.Now,he wants ne to learn how to play an album's worth of Van Halen songs to make it up to him.

    He's one of those stereotypical 24-hour hammered Scottsmen.He's like a second father to me ,though so I don't fuss about much.
