Windows Movie Maker does not support mp4 files at all. Do you have this music on CDs or something? You could then use Media Player to rip the CD on to your computer, and then be able to use your music in Movie Maker. Sure, you'd have duplicates of your music, but you'd be able to work with it.

Like Nashida said, it looks like the file format of the song is not supported in WMM (likely mp4). If you go into itunes preferences, under the import settings you will be able to select how you want your music saved. For use in multiple places I would sugest mp3 since you are hard pressed to find something that doesn't support that audio type. Once that is set right clicking on a track will give you the option to convert to mp3 (or whatever you made your import settings), creating a new copy of the file in the new format.

If it still doesn't work obviously let us know and see if you add more detail to what is happening.
