Kingdom Hearts II Item Synthesis...

how many of you use the synthesis moogles regularly? I dont because I am always missing either a recipe or one or two items. Maybe on my next play through maybe Ill try to use it more.

The first time I played through it... I didn't use them until the end of the game... on the second play though... I used them throughout the whole game.

 

Just for some special things like Ultima Weapon and Power/Defense/Magic and AP boost to max your stats.

 

i never used them first time i playe, but afterwards, i use it for the Ultima nd various items i need

 

After i began playing FM,my game was more based on getting materials than everything.
Specialy on my first Level 1 run.

 

Even now, I still collect items to synth special things. Item Synthesis is useful. :)

 

Every once in a while I may use it for common stuff, but I mostly used it so I could get the Ultima Weapon.

Once I reached the final door in KH2, I equipped Sweet Memories, everyhting Lucky Lucky and spent a LOT of time bashing through heartless for synth items. I used to do it slowly during the game, then more later on, because I didnt want to ahve to do it all at the end when I would want the journal filled really quickly. Also, I found some items were really good, and it payed off not to leave synthesis until the game's end.

There's some really good items, and I've sythed stacks of the best stuff so Donald and Goofy have all the really good items too. And the five Ultima Weapons are great, and well worth hunting the snth items.

It adds something to do after the game, hunting all those gems and things.
And it's really good, being able to synth items to boost Sora's max MP, AP etc. to make him really powerful, without even reaching lvl 99 yet.

 

I never used it in KH2, but I always used it in KH1.

 

basically i just finished all the synthesis stuff for the journal and then never touched it again
i dont need the item synthesis stuff for anything really since im done the journal and i have nothing else to do or fight or anything...

 

I use it all the time for def boosts, str boosts, magic boosts...etc. Plus I like to create everything, so yah, big time thing for meh :)

 

I used item synthesis a tremendous lot since I boosted Sora and Riku up ridiculously in strength, defense, magic etc. They waltzed through the final boss stuff because of it. I gave some to Donald and Goofy but Sora is always maxed out because I'm that bored. I also had the urge to finish the journal which includes getting the characters their top weapons and getting items of every kind so synthesis was a must.

 

All the time. I used it to make the best armor and accessories. That was one of my daily things to do in the game: find synthesis items.

 

I used it alot... I found it cool that you could lvl up the moogles... so I tried to lvl them up alot :]

 

I use it for some of the items the Moogle's have on there..
I just use cheats for Ultima, STK and STQ

 

I did it regularly because I knew that in the end I would need to do it in order to get the Ultima weapon. Also, the equip items help me in the game A LOT! X3

 

All the time in KH2. I'd choose the synthesize option every time I walked by a moogle. I didn't always synthesize things, usually just saved up materials, but I did use them often. KH1, on the other hand? Almost never.​
