hey guys I'm having an issue installing a myBB forum, everytime I try to install it it takes me to this page and gives me this msg.:\ Spoiler: image is there something I'm doing wrong? someone please help.
When you moved the files onto your server in, did you put them in a folder? Most people install things to be in a folder, so when you point your browser, you'd have to point it to: www.yoursite.com/forum/install Something along those lines.
ohhh I think I get it now thanks so much misty.^ ^ nope still got the same damn error msg, pointing my website really hasn't been one of my strong points.:\
Are you sure you uploaded everything to your webserver? Put it in the public_html folder, if you didn't before.
yes the files are under my public.html folder in a folder the says Upload but I tried tying http://kh-mediaflare.net/upload/install and I even tried it with www. and it still gave me an error, I don't effin get what the hell it is I'm doing wrong.:\
