Is this 0 or 13??

​This has been shown on Facebook for a while.
So those of you who have one, will probably know this.

It took me a while to understand this equation.
Its pretty tricky if you don't think things through.
Well, for me it was. . .
Now, I want to ask you.
Is this answer 0 or 13?

1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1x0 = ??

So, what do you think the answer is??

Count the amount of 1's then add 0.

 

Facebook is successfully making people stupider.

 

My only assumption is you typed this out wrong, because the trick is missing, the end should be 1 x 0 not 1 + 0, that's what the fb thing always is.

 

Is it thirteen?

That's what I thought too, but the answer would be 12 in that case, I think...

The last one by the zero. The + was actially supposed to be a x.
I was clueless and didnt watch what I was typing. . .-.-

Answer's 12, doll.

 

Its obviously 12.

My first thought was 'Oh! Its zero.'
Because any number timed by zero is automatically zero because there is nothing there anyway.
As I looked more into the problem, I noticed that people where using order of operation.
Welp, you take one and zero, multiply those and the out come is zero.
No just add the other twelve remaining numbers to get the sum of twelve.

I iust had to make a thread about this.
Just to see if anyone would put zero :3
