Is Sephiroth a Nobody,Somebody,or Heartless?

Well, this got brought up while I was rping, and the game has never given us true facts on it. The Heartless don't attack him. I'm Not sure if the Nobodies will attack him or not. He can teleport. Here's my theory: The KH Sephiroth is the Nobody of the FF Sephiroth.

 

In KH, we are just told that he is connected to Cloud and is his 'darkness'. We can't be sure if it at all follows the FF7 storyline or not since so far it hasn't really seemed that way. It seems more like there's a symbolism of Sephiroth being Cloud's darkness and Tifa and/or Aerith having to do with his Light, which he ignored to gain power possibly that broke free and is manifested as Sephiroth. The only thing other than Sephiroth being 'his Darkness' that is declared is that Sephiroth apparently cannot even be destroyed by the Keyblade, and it must be done by Cloud, though whether he wants to die by the emo (sorry, had to say it. He's more emo even in KH than he was in FF VII) or if he wants to take over his existence or what.

So...in simple, I have no idea if in KH he is actually Cloud's Heartless or not. I can't say I'm seeing him as a Nobody since he is supposed to be his 'Darkness', but can't say I totally think he's a Heartless either. If going off of FF VII at all, he would be neither and Sephiroth was around long before Cloud.

 

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, good question i don't know to tell you the truth im really thinking its continueing from Final Fantasy VII. Sephiroth is Cloud's darkness. I'm guessing he's a heartless because he was made from darkness, but it's also a way to be a nobody so i have no clue.

 

I don think he's a nobody or a heartless. Although Sephiroth is Cloud's darkness, he could b some1 with some kind of special relation for all we know, but it doesn't exactly mean that he's a heartless or a nobody.

 

he has his own heart because they are seprate people and KH is a diffrent universe than final fantasy so thats why Arith is still alive

Well, there is rather a strange rumor saying that he broke free from the darkness too...so I'm not sure what that would really make him, aside from being anything BUT Cloud's darkness.

 

Sephiroph is the external manifestation of the darkness in clouds heart. He is not a nobody of indeed a person. He is more like a heartless of sombody who's heart has not yet been given up to the darkness. We do not see them everywhere because not everyone is strong enough to resist the darkness as long a Cloud.

 

Sephiroth is not any one of the choices you give. He's Cloud's darkness in the form of a being that most represented it in Cloud's life. The FF7 storyline is apparently unconnected to the KH world seeing as Aeris is alive and so is, obviously, Sephiroth (sort of.) Being Cloud's darkness it seems as if he is not a heartless nor a nobody, but not a complete being either, just a manifestation of something inside of Cloud. The exact details for this seem a bit unclear.

Yeah, it does make you wonder about their history in KH since it does divert strongly from the FF7 storyline, but perhaps we'll see more into it in the future. Right now he just seems to represent that Cloud chose Darkness over Light for a period of time and has regretted it and been consumed by his guilt and all. Sephiroth's exact role isn't obviously the exact same as in FF7, but we do see more of it in AC. None of the FF characters really seem to have their direct histories from any FF game and instead are cameos that belong to certain KH worlds.

 

Sephiroth in KH and KHII IS Cloud's darkness. By that it does'nt mean HES Cloud's Nobody nor Heartless. After all, Heartless and Nobodys only align with the most powerful, meaning that Sephiroth IS powerful. But one thing dow, I don't whant to imaging Sephiroth's Nobody nor Heartless!

 

There is no such thing as a heartless for a Cameo character. Sephy is a Cameo.

Sorry, but Sephy is Sephy. He may represent something to Cloud, but as I know nothing about that, I am going to stay out.

Correct, he is not a Heartless or Nobody... Incorrect, he is NOT 'himself', he is Cloud's darkness... FFVII's relations between them mean NOTHING in KH...
