Is it worth it loosing a friend over a girl?

Today some things happened and I have 2 choices. A very close friend of mine or a girl. Need some advice!

 

Very close friend.
Go with that.
Unless you love the other girl, and you are truely in love.

 

What TBK said. If you really love her well take her instead of your friend. If you guys are like the bestest friends well take both duh :P

 

I would go for the girl. If your friend is a really good friend, they'll understand, if they don't, just try and talk to them, work things out.

 

I think you are right. If he really is as good of a friend as I think he is, then he should understand and be happy for me that I got the girl. I hope he is:(

 

Go for the best friend, because girl friends will come and go, but friends will be forever.

Look, if you are truely, deeply, totally in love with the girl, then yeah, go for it. If he is really your best friend, he'll accept and if he can't, just talk about with him. A simple talk can do alot of good things.

 

If you truly love the girl, go for the girl. If you don't love the girl, go for the friend.

Tell your friend how you really feel about this girl and he might understand.

 

Spend time with both, but not at the same time and make your frined understand like rat said.

 

I have been in the same situation. I took the girl, we broke up 2 months later. Anyway, if you think this girl is the "one" then talk to your friend, tell him how you feel and that you dont want to choose between them. If he is truly your friend, he will stay your friend and let you have the girl.

 

Yeah, you shouldn't have to chose, (I'm guessing your friend and the girl don't get along?) If the girl truely loves you she will have to accept the fact you are freinds with your friend and will always remain that way, she should understand that and put an efort through to get to know your friend so that way they can get along and everything will work out fine.

And if your friend is a true friend and he will know you love this girl he will be able to understand it and in turn be able to make an attempt and be-friending the girl that his good friend loves so that your life isn't tortured with decisions like these.

i cant really answer unless you elaborate on the situation. because there might be a different solution. just saying 'i lose you or you' doesnt help. i need to know why you are in this position.

 

why is taking the girl gonna ruin ur friendship? i'm curious as to why, if u don't mind, can u explain?
