I don't. They control like 70% of the songs that are put on youtube, and if they feel like it, they can just cut your video altogether. You don't get any sound. It's just the clips. And then you can also upload a video with a song, and not get it, like with me and Headstrong, and yet other people are able to upload without any problem

That's most likely cause it's not the right pitch so it's harder to find and they probably have the law stating they can put it up since they're not making money off it on youtube etc etc.
