Is GIMP just like Photoshop?

    Photoshop gives you more options and better layouts, but it costs money. Gimp is an average one where you have to extract brushes and stuff off the internet and it's free.

    Thanks mate... im making a new siggie...the siggy that i have right now is made by photoshop by me but my PC is ****ed up so can't use it :C
