Is anybody else catching the Presidential Debate tonight?

Not you "Politically Enlightened" hipsters. Y'all move to Somalia or something.

Had to choose between this and Supernatural, but I got ways to catch SPN later~
I might be going to a debate party and making a Presidential Debate drinking game lol, but sober or drunk, I'm watching this.

 

I'll just watch a summary of it. Two hours of talking ain't worth it.

 

Don't support the liar. So... Good luck with deciding that.

Every time Mitt Romney changes the subject, take a shot.

lol, no. The liver damage would be horrible.

 

So far the rules are:
Take a sip when Obama says "uh"
Take a shot when Obama says "folks."
A shot when Bain Capitol, Tax Returns, or Birth Certificates is mentioned
Two shots when outsourcing jobs or the auto industry is mentioned
One shot for an appeal to racial minority voters, two shots for an appeal to female and elder voters.
A shot when Romney says an obvious lie.
And my favorite: Two shots when Romney has a zinger.

I would actually like to watch it even though I don't live in the States because I think it'd be interesting. Is there an online stream of it anywhere?

ugh I used to live in colorado and I'm going to college in colorado slhdgjshdgkjfshdf how did I miss that

It clashes with dragons (cartoon network did that on purpose >:L) and I wanted to watch Whisper of the Heart tonight (the Ghibli film). So I'm battling with my inner child on this one hahaha.
I am interested in seeing how it goes though so I'll probably tune in for at least some of it, or record it for later. Dunno.

 

I wasn't going to watch it before but this list has convinced me to give it a go. Time to bring out the sake.

 

What miffs me about the debate is that third party candidates like Jill Stein and Rocky Anderson apparently weren't invited.

 

Ah yeah, but unfortunately, it somewhat equates to "more money/support = more access" in these type of campaigns and debates.

 

I have work. Oh well.

 

I hate that as well. Jill Stein FTW. Seriously, the green party needs WAY more attention than it does right now.

 

Two of the volunteers are actually watching it on our TV right next to me right now. Good thing I'll be killing time watching a Resident Evil 6 walkthrough instead of listening to this pointless debate where 2 people are talking in an invisible cat-fight

 

I'm watching it because I'm an American.
It's something that you should do.

 

Eh, I'm the sole liberal living in a house of conservatives, in the name of peace we all decided not to watch it in the company of each other. Besides, I'm sure The Daily Show, Colbert Report and the podcasts I listen to will cover them extensively.
