Indian in the Cupboard

this is a pretty old movie, anyone saw it? i just remembered this movie because my brothers and i had a little disagreement about one part. the kid that mugged Omri, was his name Hair or was it just some random kid he didn't know? because Omri was like "you dont' deserve that hair!" but he could've meant the mohawk that the guy had. but the way he said made me think it could've been a name as well.

 

I didn't think anyone like that movie at all, or even seen it for that matter. I loved that movie. The cowboy was my favorite.

 

I remember that film from when I was tiny xD I don't remember a massive amount of it but I do remember that I used to love it.

Awww I want to go re-watch it again now :/

I saw that movie! I thought it was pretty cool, but that was a while ago. I liked how the Native American made a house in the boy's room. That was cool. :D

 

I liked how he made Darth Vader come to life and them got scared.

I had to read the book, then watch the movie.
Indian in the Cupboard is the first book I've read cover to cover.
I had to read it all in one night because I waited til last minute to do the assignment. xD

Like many of you, I remember loving that movie as a kid.
Loved the book too!

the part where Omri says something about being grown up and going to the hardware store alone but then some kid walks into him and says "hey, watch where you're going! hey what's in this bag?! let me see. what's this junk!" *shoves Omri* and Omri says "you don't deserve that hair!"


anyways, i liked this movie because it was so unintentionally funny. like the part when Omri was like "they're plastic, plastic, plastic!" and when his Indian friend (don't remember his name but HE"S the REAL indian in this movie seeing as Little Bear was Native American) says " he shot me! he shot me!"

 

This movie is somewhere hiding in my house >:| I can't find it but yeah I watched it when I was like 5 or 6 I can't really remember what happened al I know is that it used to be my favorite movie.​

 

Oh I remember this movie...It'd been a while since I'd seen it, but I loved it; and if I'm not mistaken, I think I own it too, but I don't know where it is. xD It's a good movie, a great family movie, funny and sad at the same time. Heh. I wanna go watch it now. D:

Anyway...the part you're talking about EvilMan_89, I think it was a reference to his hair [obviously], and I think he was trying to say that only cool people can have mohawks and he didn't deserve it since he was such an ass. xD It's either that or the fact that his little Indian friend was a Mohawk Indian, and he said that to the bully as a reference to what the Mohawk Indians represent. I think it's the latter...but since I don't recall the movie so well at the moment, I'm going to say that is WAS the latter. lol.
