I'm starting a job at gamestop in about a week

This has been my dream minimum wage job since I was 6.

And I'm great friends with all the employees at the location I'm going to.

I'm so excited.

 

Dude, you have just gotten one of the best jobs ever for our type of people.

Now make sure you keep your eyes peeled for new KH information....as well as me coming in hoping you'll give a discount(I can dream at least right? Maybe a guy I've never met before will do when my brother didn't)

 

Be careful about working with your friends! I've had mixed experiences with it. P: It can be a joy, but other times it's blegh.

I've been considering putting in an application at my local Gamestop, but I've heard mixed things about what it's like working there, so let us now how the whole thing turns out, but congrats nonetheless :3

I hear all the time about how Gamestop employees are *******s, but every Gamestop I went to around here are always very helpful and nice. I have been thinking about applying, but I just gave up and applied for Red Lobster, since I knew the manager since I was 3 and I will have a better chance of getting the job.

Pretty much what I've heard about working there from a lot of people. They've even made a few lists of worst places to work.

Can relate! I would only do about 25 hours per month when I still worked at a theater, because you only really got hours on the weekends. **** sucks yo.

Didn't help that I made only a little above minimum wage for most of my time working there.

I actually don't think the location I'm gonna work at is a corporate location.

It's not as bad as most Gamestops I've gone to, plus, everyone has tattoos, and I'd be allowed to keep my ears stretched and piercings.

They do though! They push used game sales, which pretty much does nothing to support the creators!
