Kingdom Hearts II Im seeing things diffrent now

Poor Axel,
In kh2 Roxas didnt even remember him and even tried to kill him! GAH!(or was it the other way around?)
anyway back then i realy didnt care about there freindship but now im thinking they were bestfreindsforever until Riku captured Roxas geeze its pretty harsh
your thoughts?

 

I always felt bad for Axel and Roxas. Especially since the first time I played, I thought Roxas killed Axel.

I really felt bad for him, killed by his best friend who doesn't even remember. But of course, Axel survived and Roxas remembered eventually.

Yeah, I realized it. But that's because of Roxas' loss of memory due to DiZ's virtual town. He erased Roxas' memory of the Organization to give him this new life while Sora was sleeping, and as he became more connected to Namine and Axel (again), he began to remember more. Remember, he remembers Axel warning him against leaving the Organization before he fights, but its not until after Axel gets the crap beat out of him that Roxas truly remembers how much Axel cares for him ("That's not true!...I would...")

PS: Why is this in 358/2 Days?

 

Friends fighting.

I didn't like the idea of them fighting each other,especially since they were friends.

 

Ya when you think about it in context it is pretty sad that Axel lost his friend to some crap like that. But it happened so, atleast we get to see what happens with them before hand or see how close they actually are.

 

I didn't undertsand it back then (last year when I first played it) but now I feel sorry for them... :(

 

i didnt quite understand it cuz Kh2 was my first played KH game. i hardly understood anything.

And the only reason Axel wanted to friends with Roxas was because he is Sora's nobody :]

 

i felt bad at first.. but at last Roxas did remember that Axel is his best friend..

 

It was pure awesome,I didnt feel sad at all...wel when I beat Axel so fast I did lmao...

 

To be honest, I don't feel much in this matter...

Axel and Roxas are nobodies, so it was only a pretend friendship anyway...

Then again, maybe I'm just a heartless ******* lol

 

I did feel bad for them both. Axel had orders to pretty well kill Roxas if he wasn't going to return to the Org. He was threatened by Xemnas to be made into a Dusk if he didn't comply.

However, Axel I believe threw that fight in a way, hoping that Roxas wouldn't 'kill him' but at the same time, he didn't want to kill him either. He had to make it look good though. That's not to say Roxas couldn't have 'beaten' Axel, but it to me seems that Axel wanted to 'do his job' because he had to, but at the same time lose so that he didn't have to kill his best friend. Axel was very good at playing dead as he had gotten away with it in CoM as well. It was something a bit sad though because Roxas didn't even recall until the last moment. Maybe though Axel was glad he finally was remembered too. I think that's where Axel after decided to just say 'screw the Org' and went to try to get Roxas back and just didn't care about the other stuff anymore. Roxas was more important to him than a fear of being a Dusk.

 

its in 358/2 cuz its about Roxas and Axel (and cuz we arnt aloud to make new kh2 threads :\)
