Keep a positive attitude and try to avoid the major hassles. That's how I'm dealing with High School and I'm doing okay.

Stay close with your friends yet make new ones ^^ Do all of your assignments, probably the day you get it assigned. Think before you act. Try to open up and not be too shy. Good Luck ^^

... High school is somewhat like a forum, you see. At first, you're a noob. And will be until you hit sophomore year. Yet still, you're a more experienced noob at that later state.

Freshman year is hard. Sophomore year is harder. Junior year is hardest. And then senior year is the most laid-back and the best year you'll have. It's like that for very nice reasons, no worries. It's like the circle of life.

But I'll give you advice. You'll be met with cocky upper classmen that will treat you differently for your fresh skin. You'll feel intimidated by the air they seem to control with their authoritay. No worries, it's supposed to be like that.

All in all, don't piss anyone off.

... and I saved the most important for last.

Don't stop in the middle of the hallway during trasition with eight of your friends to talk about Brad, the senior quarterback that you'll never get a chance with, because you'll give the school a heart attack by clogging it's arteries with fat.

Well its tough to answer because its different everywhere. Over here where I go to, we don't have the whole cliche'd cliques and groups and all that jazz. Its a relatively small school with only about 1,000 students so everyone eventually gets to know almost everyone, and I'm serious. I don't know where you're going or what its going to be like but like others said before me, be yourself, have fun, don't be shy, and make friends. These are going to be your best school years I believe, because they are for me. It's going by extremely fast, so I'm telling you now, enjoy it. :D

Also, at my school, Freshmen year is the easiest and the most enjoyable one so far because you really have no worries. Sophomore year was ridiculously hard for me, well actually it wasn't I just got extremely careless and slacked off. But Junior year so far is awesome, theres so much going on and its freaking easy and I'm now in R.O.P, which is awesome!

    1. If any kid looks at you wrong just walk straight to their face and ice grill them.
    2. Whenever your teacher gives you a test......eat it.
    3. When you get lunch spit on it and ask for a refund.
    4. Join a sport but don't do anything always claiming to be 'to good for the team to even bother trying'.
    5. Make bomb threats but then say that your name is your friends'.
    6. When walking down the stairs knock everyone down if they're going to slow.
    7. Write things like 'Matt iz ghey' or 'KKK' or 'Bloodz Fo' Lif!' on the bathroom stalls.
    8. Pretend you can't speak english.
    9. Stare at someone for the whole period and if they even say anything to you tell them to shut the **** up and stop staring.
    10. Always bring a weapon to a fist fight where you would obviously lose.

    Have fun :D

Naw... just don't clog the halls like HB said. Us older people get pissed when you do that or like walk down the wrong side of the hallwayz.

So, remember: GTF OUT OF MAH WAY! D<

Yeah, don't walk slow or stop in the hallways. It's like car traffic. xD

Don't be intimidated by older people.

don't skip a day unless something important doesn't allow you to go.

Get active and join clubs, teams, groups, etc. Just don't go over board.
