I heard people can play on a private server and don't have to pay.

Yeah,I did that,you can automatically be a 60.But it kills the fun.

 

I don't can about auto leveling, its just that I can't pay. I can't play WoW until I get a job, as I don't have an allowance. However, with a private server, I might be able to play a little.

 

I could tell you,but theres a downside to it.

you get 5x as much lag and your computer acts us. As in shuts down on its own.

 

I have a fairly new computer and dsl, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

 

It's not the computer dude,its the servers.

Even with a large amount of memory you'll still get 5x more lag from a private server than you would a normal server.I'd think about it more.

 

I'd still take a crappy game with lag and bugs over not playing it at all.

I can't play it till I get a job, which likely won't happen for another year. So, I'll take a private server just so I can play any at all.

Private servers are also illegal and probably shouldn't be discussed <_>
