Would you? Like, If you did something REALLY stupid, or had a really bad day, broke up with your boyfriend/girlfriend or just started off on the wrong foot with someone, Do you ever wish you could just try again?
No not at all. Well, of course it crosses my mind sometimes but if I were ever given the chance I won't. Every single mistake made - we learn from them. Also, if you ever fixed a mistake then that'll change everything. Why live life over just to fix a tiny little thing and lose a lot of other things. So no, never.
Pretty much what Death Twister said, we learn from our mistakes and they shape us, if you remove the mistake you remove the lesson and could end up ****ing things up worse. Making mistakes is just part of life, it is how you deal with those mistakes that is important.
I do. Many times over. There are too many to count for any individual human being. If anything, my mistkaes have made me a better person, but it's always natural to have regrets from life. The only reason we fall is to get back up.
I know several days I would like to re-live with the knowledge I have now... for instance, my entire first Freshman semester of high school (got suspended for about half of it - only extreme luck on my part kept me from being expelled) - I had major anger issues.
I had a day like this yesterday.I'm trying to patch it up but i wish i had said the right thing at the right time.
I wish I could do several things over, say different things to different people, cuz I seem to be tripping up over the same thing again and again.
agreed. but what if we didnt? what if we actually improved on ourselves? and lets say that something like this was to happen to us, there would be no chance on a second time doing this and you decide to do nothing. wouldnt you feel a bit remorseful?
It's tempting but I wouldn't do it. Like a few others have said, you learn from the mistakes you make and you learn from them, depending on the person I guess. There have been a few times where I wished I could just go back but what if the day got a little better, I would end up changing the part that was good. Don't know if that made sense but oh well. XDD The mistakes I had done in the past made me to the person I am today. Especially the mistake I had done in middle school. >>
Of course. In fact, I'd relive every day multiple times. I'd use some days as sandboxes and do what I want with no consequences, or some days I'd re-live until they're perfect. Of course, changing something earlier than today would cause damage, so I'd pass on that. Also I may have to relive my entire life again!
I wouldnt... there are alot of days I just totally screwed up on, but we all have to learn from our mistakes...
i always try to live my life without regrets, so i dont dwell on the past and lose sight of the NOW and the future as well... but if I could relive a day exactly as it was just because i would enjoy it i would pick the time back in 2006 at a bastketball game one night at another high school with some friends and the band... yeah... good times :D
I don't think I would because like I did a lot of stuff I wish I didn't but then If I hadn't done those things then I probably wouldn't have done the things that I liked.
Haha, today I would have told the girl I like that I like her when she came up to me and started to talk about how she wants to be my lover and sh*t...really missed my opportunity on that one...f*ck.
