Should I learn Romaji first? Or Hiragana/Katakan? Or just learn all of them in so particular order because it doesn't matter?

Romaji is the easiest, but if you lean on that too much, it'll be really hard to learn hiragana/katakana later.

I actually started to learn Katakana, found out that it was actually really simple, but it wasn't good for me since I was trying to write Japanese words and not English words. Then I talked to a friend and he suggested Hiragana. But I think I'll learn Romaji first just so I can learn the actual language.

For learning how to read and write, start with Hiragana, then Katakana, and then move onto learning Kanji. Romanji only helps when you're learning how to pronounce things correctly. Writing in Romanji is kinda meaningless since the Japanese languages has a lot of homophones.
