There are things that I like about both, but on the whole I would stay with this.

 

At first, I would, but know I don't really care. They both work fine, but frankly I prefer the new pin system. :P

 

I actually really like the alert system tbh...it makes me feel popular :D

If you had asked me a few months ago I would have changed in an instant. But because everything seems to be fixed now I dont care all too much :)

 

I miss some things about the old one but there's a lot of nice things with this like the alert system. I wouldn't want to lose that.

 

The only reason I cared was when we moved the default skin was messing with my eyes. Other than that it never bothered me.

 

We've moved now, and the staff don't want to move back, so we're just along for the ride. Now if they could recreate all the skins we've ever had, over the course of a year or two, I'd be more than happy to stay on this.

 

To be honest I would because I am still getting used to the new system and I already knew everything about the old one.

 

I miss Post Templates and the different skins, but I'm good here. If the staff was having problems with vBulletin then we shouldn't move back.

 

The forum will never be as fabulous as it was back when we had Isntitpretty.

Haha alright, let me just reproduce months of working on them, no problem.

Let me tell everyone something about having multiple skins: It is incredibly difficult to support. I understand if you want the option between, say, light or dark skins, but if it's "boohoo I can't get over how much I liked this one skin" then... well, grow up. Look at how often Facebook changes.

That said, the current skin is eh. I threw it together very quickly, so rest assured the new one (whenever it may come) will be lots better.

Plans to bring them back!

Also people stuck on vB: it was a **** system and it worked terribly, security holes or not. Xenforo isn't perfect either but it is way easier on me to do a lot of things right now. If there are features you're missing from vBulletin feel free to ask me about them and I can give you a status report on bringing them back (if we have plans to), but at the end of the day, posting is posting. I'm still dedicating a lot of time & effort to get everything moved off (the audio archive alone is a huge undertaking), and frankly, it makes me feel awful when people rip on Xenforo with no other justification than "idk i just liked vbulletin"

 

Would it change back instantly or would KHV be down for 5000 years?

 

I just like KHV when it isn't broken.
