Implemented Icon Legend

    The Icon Legend at the bottom of the main forum page is inaccurate and unneeded, as it does not show the actual icons that you are using. I am pretty sure that you can take it out if not edit it, so unless there is some specific reason for not doing that, I suggest doing so. It is wasting valuable forum space.

    Updated it across all of the forum styles. It might require a few hard refreshes for you guys (on Firefox it's CTRL+SHIFT+R, dunno if that works on other browsers), but I'm pretty sure I got it all, let me know if I missed any. Thanks for pointing it out. =]
