    Is it possible to have a dark red username without being banned? After being white for all this time dark red looks pretty good.

    They made that color so you couldnt do the banned joke. Why would they give it to you if it directly contradicts the reason they made it. Unless you get banned ofcourse.

    Yes, unfortunatly, you cannot have the banned color without the banned permissions.
