Why is Kairi's theme playing when you fight Xion's fourth form? I know Xion is made fro Kairi's memories but would there be another reason?

I think that's the only real reason. If Xion is the image of Kairi thanks to Sora's memories of her, the theme tune is best used in this situation. I mean, if it's seen as Kairi, you put her theme on it.

I've not noticed this, but I guess i'm too busy trying to survive than listen.

I was the same...I was like "Xemnas is just gonna lose again" and then i thought "hey why is kairis theme playing?" but during the fight she looks nothing like kairi...so then I was just confused on why it was just that ONE fight.

Maybe this is because she is THE ONLY MEMORIES of kairi that sora had, but i made the final connection at the end where roxas, for some reason, HAS fealings for her. And sora would do the exact same thing for kairi, exept for the ice cream part.

It's not Kairi's theme, it's a variation of Xion's theme - which is based in parts on Kairi's theme, for obvious reasons.

It's called Dirge of the XIV so it's not Kairi's theme as said by Queen Bee. It was based off the song Dearly Beloved
