Digital Art I was bored...

I was just bored and I created these sigs. I used the same render 'cause that's the render I want once I make a perfect sig. (Which won't be for a while XD)

This was my first attempt with a c4d render.

CnC please...

 

The first one is decent, but the effect on Cloud looks strange with the rest of the sig.

The second one looks better, but your c4d doesn't blend well with the rest of the sig.

May I ask what program you use?

 

1st Sig - Without a doubt has to go... way too much red going on... not to mention you made the text red as well.

2nd Sig - Much better attempt... may I suggest a different sig size? Maybe 630x150? Or possibly 420x125, you should stretch it out a little bit and give it some more width.

With a few minor changes sig #2 could be great... I absolutlely love the abstract background choice behind the render. Quite beautiful indeed.

 

I know it's not that good. I'm still a newb at this. Oh keyblade, I use Photoshop CS2. And the first sig was originally a mess up, so I tried to save it somehow.

 

Oh, I was hoping you used GIMP so I could help you out. Oh wells.

 

1st: like the whole heartless look! but too much red....your text can't quitely be seen

2nd: looks awesome and the texture's perfect

 

It's not bad for just starting. You really need to work on the text. The fonts you are using are NOT working period. Try using either a plain text, or use a grungy text, like the 28 days later font.

The BG is good on the 1st, but the second not so much. The heartless look is okay...if you would've done better for the text.

Basically my only complaint is that on the 1st, the text isn't good, and on the second teh text isn't well done. Try using Asenine, or arial for a nicer text. Rasterize it, and erase bits if you need to. And one other complaint...the bg on the 2nd sig seems like slapped on C4D's, try duping and smudging those.

Overall: Nice job, but the lack of blending of the text kills it. 7/10

 

I like the 2nd one better, the first one got a little messed up. ^_~

 

The second one is collest, the first one is a bit dangy
