Hmm...something about it seems a bit...off...I'm not the best signature maker, so I can't say exactly...but something about the mist/fog is almost too distracting...sorry if my advice/critique is not so good. :sweadrop: But for the most part, it looks great, good job! :)

 

I absolutely love how you have starting to get the feel of depth, however, the vectors brushes behind the fog does not go with the rest of the sig, remove them and it should look a whole lot better. While your at it, put a black and white gradient on soft light then a warm gradient on soft light to get rid of the ugly shade of green. =/
