I shall now make statements on every Pendragon book.

A Traveler dies. Two Travelers are trapped. Anthropomorphic cats. More class struggle. The Advent. Saint Dane loses his hair, literally.



Just some training and Bobby being pwn'd 72 times over. Saint Dane kills Loor. Somewhat.



Shows us what will happen when Wal-Mart or Gamestop take over the world. Arcades everywhere. If you lose, you die. Robotic guards. History eradicated. Saint Dane becomes even more badass, and now has an ally.



The territory of Book 4 in the future. Everyone hates technology now. Big mother****ing war.



9th out of the 10 books. Saint Dane makes a cult called Ravinia, which is basically National Socialism (Nazism) with spiritual aspects. Saint Dane takes over the world. Saint Dane finally wins and reigns over Halla (the entire god damned universe). Alder dies. Mark dies. Courtney dies. Patrick dies. 70,000 random people die. Alexander Naymeer dies. All because of Mr. Badass Saint Dane.

Not to mention the 100,000,000+ other deaths caused by him in other parts of Halla.



Okay, I'm finished. And I left out some major points there, so it will sound somewhat stupid, but eh.

I read all the way up to half of the 8th book, and none of the 9th. (The writing is not very good...)

But seriously Mark and Courtney die? Without Pendragon able to bring them back? I dont want to read the story even more so now...

I guess the 10th book is all about him fighting Saint Dane and learning about his parents...does he have a new power or anything like that?

Honestly, people only suspect that they have died, due to how they did. They weren't exactly killed by ballistic weaponry and such, but they were sent through this flume that people only suspect kills things, as I believe it was stated somewhere in the ninth book.

Yes, the Pilgrims of Rayne wasn't as enjoyable as I thought. However, the ninth book is very gripping. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

 

I read it. My favorite books being the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 6th. I disliked the fourth, I tolerated the 5th, the seventh was meh, and the 8th was meh-er...especially when I realized it was connected to the fourth literally.

I believe you will at the least tolerate the ninth. It certainly is not simply "meh" worthy.
