Working on my Oerba Yun Fang costume, and I'm looking for a cape/cloak that would fit her style. Preferably without a hood. Any suggestions?
Your making it by hand? You could try checking e-bay or etsy. If not one of those two you can get it custom made. I looked at a few reference pictures and the cloak has some designs etched into it. If you are making it by hand I would say head down to a fabric store and have a field day. You'll be able to tell what colors and fabrics are best based on looks. (I'm just assuming you make all cosplay by hand since that's what people tend to do these days.) Anyways hope that helps you. If your curious about e-bay sellers I know plenty of great ones.
Wow um. Yes, I make my cosplays myself, on top of the fact that I leave for the con on friday so Ebay is not a thing that will be happening. I was just looking for suggestions for styles that Fang might wear, because google was not helping me. Anyway, in the end I decided to just refurbish an old cloak that I had. The main purpose of this cloak was so that I wouldn't freeze in the New York March weather, and I wanted to make a new one that was more fitting of Fang's style, but obvs that's not happening in time.
