I'll try and be more politically correct.
If you truly think you're pathetic then you're probably right. Nobody knows you better then yourself after all.
The question is are you deluded or not? If no matter how hard you try you simple can't see yourselves better then you are right now then yeah you're pretty pathetic. If you can then you're not pathetic.
So what to do if you ARE pathetic?
Try and not be pathetic or cope with it. Both are a light and the end of the tunnel situation(IE if it happens then life get's better. If it doesn't then life get's worse)

 

You're not alone for having a bad day so far.
Trust me, today my best friend in the world thinks I'm stalking her, due to my social disability I honestly don't know what would be stalking or just talking to her.
I now am trying to stay away from her for a couple of days, it hurts, hopefully she'll talk to me again and we can forget that this all happened, but if she doesn't, I'll learn to move on, its hard and it may take a couple of days, but eventually everything will be back to the way it was, only different.
Things change in life so that new good things may come, think of what positive things may happen in the future, do something you enjoy, watch anime (like Higurashi since your icon is Rika ^_^) play a game, like Persona 3 (which I would really recommend), talk to your family, if you're not really connected to your family, talk to your friends, don't give up :-)
