I never thought I'd live to see the day...

I wish I had a camera with me... I was on my way to a carshow, driving my muscle car... then I saw it. I couldnt believe my eyes.

A guy was riding accross the intersection leisurely, interupting traffic all four ways. He was on his cell phone, not paying attention to where he was going, If I didnt see the phone in his hand... I would have thought he was drunk.

What is most amazing is his form of transportation. He was riding a horse through the city. I was like "What in the world?"

If I had a camera, the picture/video would so be posted by now. But I dont... Sorry :(

Yeah... the fact that he rode the horse like a drunk made it really funny. I was like "Man, I thought people drive bad when there on the cell phone while driving a car."

He was blocking the intersection of traffic, and was going down the lane like he was in a car.

Makes me wonder, where was he going?

I have no idea... thats what freaked me out the most...

I thought about it... but my mom said I'm ok.

 

My mom told me that its not legal.

I remember my dad was driving through the San Fernando Valley(I live LA,CA)and we saw two guys on horses and I asked my mom if it was legal to ride a horse and she said no.

 

I thought it was legal... as long as you had a shovel with you, you were able too keep up with the flow of traffic... and you cleaned up after the horse.

 

Well I was like 10 or 11 when I asked my mom and now I'm 15 so I'm sure.....I don't remember...
