    How do I become a premium or a moderator?

    To become a premium, you must have 500 rep points and 1000 posts if I remember correctly.
    To become a moderator, you jump three times, make 2 spins and then shake your head. If you don't hear anything, then it has nothing in it and you can't be a moderator. If you can hear something, then it can make coffee and you're just not ready yet.

    100 rep, 1000 posts.

    To be mod:

    When we are hiring we let the forums know, people send in application forms, we go through them, pick the ones we like best, interview them and then if they pass then they get staff. Don't harrass staff to be staff though.
