Idk I've been really bored so I think I might BUY photoshop and start doing this regularly.

To be honest I'm not too fond of the design; there's too much going on and not enough flow. Everything stands out too much, making it hard for there to be a focus.
And the lens flare is kind of random.
Overall I'd have to say it's not very good.

It's comical appeal in terms of overwhelming amounts of awesome things happening in the picture is undeniable, but Wolfie's right, it has little visual appeal. Not a terrible attempt for a first try, but if you plan on making more sigs, I'd suggest starting with a tutorial.

For a first attempt it's really not that bad. =p

Everyone has to start somewhere right? Here's my CnC; if you intend to keep practicing, take it one step at a time. =)

It looks like you have the basics of lighting down, but your flow is contradictory here. Flow is the general direction your effects should go in. Usually this line or direction leads our eyes to a focal. In your case, the focal would be the man on the green shark. Your text "suddenly" is going in one direction, but your pink lines are going in the opposite direction. This causes unwanted dissonance within the piece.

Again, I will say your lighting is pretty spot on for a first try, and that is one of the main things that make up a good tag/sig. Good luck; hope to see more of your work in the future. :D
