do u think kh3(or whatever they're gonna call it)takes place in the past?i mean look at mickey he kinda looks different,and maybe its his grandfather or father just like the part in khII in disney castle.When u examine the picture in the library(just taking a guess)and somehow i don't know why but maybe terra,ven,and aqua are connected by the paopu fruit do you think so?i mean whats the point for the paopu fruit to be created?yes, i know the paopu fruit is created for the problem in KhI but there has to be another reason

 

The secret movie probably does take place in the past, but I do think it's Mickey, just while he was still in training with Yen Sid. That's why he has the Star Seeker.

 

I don't think the next game might take place in the past but maybe half of it like in KHII with Roxas in the beggining.

 

The secret ending is taking from the past. I'm not sure about KH3, though.

 

The mouse in the secret ending is DEFFINATELY Mickey- his clothes are the same and once he has finished his training he gives the keyblade to Yen Sid who then gives it to Sora. KH3 I don't think will be in the past- it would be really weird otherwise. It might but I don't think so.

Where does it say that Mickey only got the keyblade in the first game?

 

didn't he find it when he got to the dark realm, which was after he went out to see what was wrong with the worlds?

 

That was a different Keyblade though.

And Secret Ansem Report #2 mentions him wielding a Keyblade when he visited Ansem the Wise as well. That would've taken place long before the events of the first game. So he definitely already had a Keyblade before he found the one in the Realm of Darkness.

...Unless I'm missing something really obvious here.

So true. Technically he's older than my other, and about as old as my Gran.

But I'm assuming the movie takes place in the past, so it would make sense that he looks different.

mickey is old you can tell when he born when walt disney created him hmm..so while in the past before Sora was a key blade bearer, mickey was training and maybe when he was training he went away and went to fight that bald guy

 

Eh, I think it was Pre-KHI and Post-Training, but I'm not sure. Heck, it could be what happened to Mickey while he was in the Realm of Darkness. Of course, that wouldn't exactly explain what happened to Riku, but I dunno...

 

I think that scene is the battle that Xigbar spoke of in KH2 Final Mix, so I agree that THIS scene probably takes place in the past, but that doesn't mean the whole upcoming game does. If it does, Sora getting a letter from Mickey at the end of KH2 would be really pointless.

 

True, true, I hadn't thought of that. I really don't know what to think, then, but it could be that the letter comes into play in a later game. That really doesn't make much sense to me, though...

 

Why would 5 minutes of the past prove that an entire game will be based in the past? I think that it's just there to make us think, that's all. Sure, maybe they'll base KH3 off of the past, like figuring out the secrets of the keyblade, but I highly dobt that they would make the third game in a series a preqel when there is still much to be explained after the events in KH2. Bah, that's my opinion I guess....
