I really like the KH-VIDS 5.0 skin but it never works for me. It always switches back to an older skin for me and it is annoying.

Actually, same for the majority of skins.

 

I used that one before the Lite skin came out. Ah, the memories...

 

I'm guessing you clear cookies regularly?

Try switching skins from the user settings instead of at the site footer.
