It's about time I give my update. I'll be honest on why I haven't been on the internet that much. By the way, I wrote all this because I feel upset and I just need some of you guys to hear me out.

First off the move to New York went successfully, but the last two weeks before leaving Florida was very hard. My sister Lisa (28) who flew from Florida to New York came to help me move back to New York. My parents moved to Florida with me in August 2008, because of retirement plans. I decided that I wanted to have senior year back in New York. I also had plans to go to college here and see my family, best friend and etc. Overall, I just felt alone in Florida. Two weeks before leaving, my sister found fleas on our two cats. For those two weeks we sprayed the house and everything. The two cats and dog got a bunch of baths, but it didn't matter. It went back and forth from the animals to the house. So, my mom went crazy and we had to bring the animals to the shelter for good. I was totally upset, but we believed that the animals would be adopted by good people. My flight was taken off in two days. After spending 1500 dollars, I finally got myself out of Florida. I've been back and it's great. I'm finally back in my old town and with my family. I'm seeing my best friend and I'll be a senior in a month. This includes being a mentor and getting into TV productions.

So, everything was alright, but from this day on I still have no connection. I've been back in New York for a month and two weeks. For some reason, we don't have luck with the wireless connection. As of now, I'm using my sister's computer. It's been hell and I can't continue the Days production, my website and KHV like this. It's very hard, but I've been trying to get on as much as possible.

Well if that wasn't bad enough, today I found out that my cat died in the shelter. My cat (Scratty), only two years old died. I've been devastated and I'm just out of it. On top of that, I found out that my mom was trying to surprise me and bring all the animals back, so she could take care of them, but one ended up dead before she could take her home. Just letting you guys know production will be in gear as soon as connection works in this house. In the mean time, updates will be up whenever I use someone's computer, like now.

In the mean time, I've been trying to communicate with members in the spam zone, but guess it's not for me. I can't manage to keep up and I just make myself look like an idiot. So, I'm pretty much done with it. Sorry if I try to hard or I'm just generally negative and taking things serious. It's what mostly got me in trouble during the past.

Any tips on handling a death of a pet?

For the pet death, you just have to try and get through it. Don't replace them quickly, at least until you can get over saying their name without crying. This is kinda a time can only mend thing, but you should try and talk to people, and if you get sad about it, just be sad. It is hard when you love having pets. I hope you feel better in your hometown soon.

Aw, that is really tough losing a pet, All you gotta do is stick to the memories you hold dear of your pet and move on (Im not saying forget about it but i hope you know what i mean) and in the past you can reminisce all the good things your cat did.

Anyways about the Spam Zone thing, Don't let people think you are an idiot and dont get affected what people over the internet tell you, It does not matter, you are a good guy and you know it.

Im sorry i cant say anymore, anyways im sorry about your cat

Well I'm glad to hear that you're overall happy with the move back to New York and not so happy with the cat death. I've had a pet die on me before as well, although I'm sorry to say I can't give so much advice as consoling because I was nine at the time and believed my parents when they told me that Slinky just ran away. Really, stuff happens, death happens to everything eventually and there's no avoiding it, no matter how unfortunate and sad it is. I'm sorry that I can't say a lot of helpful things here but I'm just trying to help out, my apologies if it didn't work.

I Lost A Pet Too! The Dog Was Only Like 21 Years Old, My Labrodoor Dog Buster. The Dog Was Only a few Years Older than me. Unbeliveable. But As Learned, Sometimes It's Inevitable and You Must Learn on how to endure it and Forget it. Because it will make things much worse. It's Weird to Have a Dog That's Older Than Youself... But I Don't Want To Make Things Worse.

I've experienced losing a pet at a very early age. It is hard, I know, but you must remember the good times and the best thing to do is to not replace it unless you are sure you can handle a new pet in place of your old one.

Well I'm glad that your move back to New York went well and I hope you fix up your wifi soon. (: As for the death of your cat, I'm so sorry. I had something happen to me along the lines of that, except I was young and my parents gave my first dog away. I was so upset that they did that because I loved him so much. I'm a big animal lover so yeah, I was devastated. The only thing you can do is just try to remember the good things that happened whilst you had your cat and not to let the bad times affect you. It'll take time to fully feel okay about it, but just remember, time heals all wounds.

    Sorry if I wasn't too much help. ^^;

I appreciate the replies from you guys. It's very hard to get over a pet death, but as many of you said, you can't change death. I'm just thankful for the concern that everyone is showing me in my life. At least for the most part.

I'm horribly sorry for the loss of your pet! I know what it feels like. Three of my dogs and one of my cats have run away, three of my cats were hit by cars, and one, big, beautiful black lab/newfie mix was lost to lung cancer... [several of my pets my mom gave away, too]
There's always a place in your heart for every pet, and there's nothing that can fill it but memories once a pet has died. Just remember that they are there through those memories. Dead is just a state of mind.
Other than that, I'm extremely glad that your move went well and that you are in a desirable place ^^

I've had lots of cats die in my life. What I did was cry about it, to get the tears out. Then I would tell my friends about it and after awhile, I would think of the good sides of the pet's death. Say, if it was ill when it died then it would be happy to be relived of all the pain and suffering - it would be cruel to keep it alive. Then I would slip into my normal routine of life with the pet's memory happily in mind, thinking of the good times and when I first met it.

Seriously, don't strain yourself. We'll get our updates when you're up to it!
It's tough going through this sort of thing and you shouldn't do too much or you can get yourself into panic attacks. Not cool. Not fun. Not good.
I understand the Spam Zone thing...I find it hard, too.

Tips on handling death of a pet? Well, Try hard to move on. Not to sound rude, but thinking about him/her will only drag you down further. Bury the cat and visit it every so often if you like. Don't get a new pet too soon, it won't be the same. Try to do other activities and be around people a lot. Being sociable with people that listen is a good thing : )
