I just found out what I'm getting for my birthday/Christmas

My dad just told me that on Black Friday he's taking me to Best Buy to get a computer. I already know what I'm getting. A new HP computer, with
An AMD Athlon Quad Core 3.3 GHZ processor
8 Gigabytes of ram
A terrabyte hard drive
A 23 inch monitor
A legal copy of Windows 7
and A wireless printer.

Oh my god, I cannot wait. This will be an upgrade from my pathetic Toshiba laptop with
A single core 1.6 GHZ Intel processor
2 gigabytes of ram
A 70 gig hard drive
(I don't know how big this screen is lol)
An illegal copy of windows 7
And an enormous, bulky USB printer.

I CAN'T WAIT LET IT BE BLACK FRIDAY ALREADY

Edit - Sorry, just had to say something lol.

 

Ask them to take the legal copy of W7 off. It'll lower the price, and you can always use the illegal copy you've currently got.

 

This is a good idea, except it's going to be Black Friday and it's a doorbuster sale so we have to run and grab it before someone else does. Customer service probably won't be able to help and the special Black Friday price (360 dollars off) probably only applies if you get it like it is.

 

Oh well. Enjoy being legal, I suppose.

Oh right, not everyone is familiar with computer specs. Let me put this in layman's terms:
My current computer sucks more than a hooker using a vacuum.
On Friday I will get a computer that is awesome and sexy.

I gotta admit, I'm pretty jealous. xD I just got an awesome HP this year, not quite as nice as the one you're getting but pretty decent.

OMG, I'm happy for you, happy birthday!
I've got my computer since 2005 and somewhere in December, I'll get a new one too.. maybe said my mom.
What I want for Christmas or my birthday but that's on 30 March, is a PSP and BBS, 4 real.
But I gotta find a job at the supermarket where I live near to it.
1 hour is paid €4, one work day (6 hours) is €24 and KH BBS Collectors Version is here €45,00 so I gotta be patience!
I wanted to shop via the internet, but the Collectors Version is sold out on the web and I live in Holland so it's very hard to find a site where they actually sell Kingdom Hearts things.

 

Sounds like my laptop except mine has a quarter of the ram yours does. And it's on XP. Is it a Toshiba Sattelite?

 

Lol, no, thank God. He's going to buy it right in front of my face. My birthday is December 15 so it's going to be my birthday and Christmas present. I get to take it home with my on Friday. I can't wait!

Ahh, lucky. Whenever I pool birthday and Christmas money for a big gift my mom makes me wait until December, and my birthday is in mid-November. :c
